We're both into yoga, eating healthy, and daily stretching exercises at home. But when it comes to strength-building, there's a lot needed to be done in that aspect - physically - as a couple.
We've always been wanting to visit Korea for sometime now; specially for the wifey who's a bit hooked on K Dramas such as "Goblin" and "The Land of Morning Calm". But it's good that there's now a wide array of Korean food options available in the Philippines.
As they say, "laughter is the best medicine". In fact, there are counsel groups which adopt laughter therapy and smile yoga as a form of treatment. Moreso, laughter increases oxygenation of our vital organs so we must smile and laugh as much as we can. :)
