After Christmas shopping, hubby and I had dinner at the nearest Figaro Coffee in Glorietta. We were thinking of having one of the all-day-breakfast meals, Daing na Bangus and Chicken Waldorf Croissant Sandwich but the friendly staff offered their Christmas menu. Figaro has three new pasta dishes – the Chicken Galantine Cannelloni, Chicken Mushroom Cannelloni, and Chicken Roulade Plate. For the sweet tooth, the holiday pastries and cake is perfect for the Hazelnut Cinnamon latte/frost.
Chicken Galantine Cannelloni (Php 189) pasta with Provencal sauce.
The three comes with side salad and pasta choice of Arrabiata, Pesto, Al Tonno or Carbonara.
The holiday pastries includes Ginger Bread Loaf, Premium Salted Caramel, Fruit Loaf Mini, and Fruit Forest Cheese Cake.
The Light Ginger Bread Loaf (Php 55) has cinnamon and spices.
Fruit Loaf Mini (Php 70) is traditional seasoned fruit loaf with glazed and mild rum flavor. It reminds me of my childhood when we usually have fruit cake in the table during Christmas.
We love the Premium Salted Caramel (Php 70) with gooey salted caramel filling, walnuts and rice crisp, topped with dark chocolate ganache in every bar of Figaro Salted Caramel.
Interestingly, we found the Figaro Fruit Forest Cheese Cake (Php 135 / slice), fruit cheesecake topped with mixed berries.
I personally love the Hazelnut Cinnamon Latte Php 100, while hubby likes the Hazelnut Cinnamon Float P145. The sweet aroma of cinnamon is just perfect for the season.
If you’re not yet done with holiday shopping. You may want to consider giving Figaro merchandise to your loved ones and office mates. You can choose from notebooks Php 229, tumblers, ordinary and even magic mugs at Php 249.
