Holiday Offerings at the Heritage Hotel Manila
The Heritage Hotel Manila has been an icon in the Manila hotel industry since the 1980’s. Although a lot of other newer hotels have populated the metropolis, the Heritage Hotel has stood the test of time offering what is does best – heritage amidst the modern enclaves of society.
To kick start the Christmas season, THHM lights its towering Christmas Tree just a few days ago. General Manager Farid Schoucair led the ceremonial affair with special guests Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano and Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold. Other VIPs include Philippine Coast Guard Commandant CG Admiral Artemio M. Abu, and Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary National Director VADM Manuel Luis P. Idquival.
The ceremonial tree lighting event also marked the launch of Riviera Café Holiday Buffet, a bountiful feast of rich textures, fine flavors, and elegant Eastern and Western holiday cuisine favorites.
Riviera Café Holiday Offerings
After the lighting ceremony, we had a wonderful dinner buffet at Riviera Cafe. The restaurant has been known for their Filipino dishes, but do note that they also serve international cuisines. We were told that Riviera Cafe rotates the offerings to other dishes but the star of the holiday buffet will remain.
There’s pasta, salad, soup, and bread. For the mains, there’s Christmas ham, turkey, roast beef, salmon, and a lot more. Of course, there’s sushi and rolls at the Japanese section. Another must-try is Riviera Cafe’s Malaysian Laksa.
The cafe also serves a wide range of dessert from cupcakes, puddings, cakes and even chocolates and cookies.
