Christmas Exclusive: Impressions’ Special Menu Set

Impressions will be offering a Christmas Special created by no other than the Director of Culinary Arts for RWM and the first and only Master Chef of France in the Philippines – Chef Cyrille Soenen.
The four-course set menu features premium selections including Pork Terrine with Cherry Campote, Spiced Pumpkin Soup with Fennel, Sage Cracker and Foie Grass Mousee, Braised Beef Brisket and Mushroom Gratin.
We always look forward to dining at Impressions. During their Valentine’s Day special earlier this year, we learned about Mignardises – small, bite-size pastries usually paired with coffee or tea. It’s a pre-dessert meal before the actual dessert.
And last week, in a media tasting session of the Chirstmas Menu Set, we found out that there can also be a pre-appetizer before serving the actual appetizer. 🙂
As mentioned above, those little palate-pleasers are called mignardises or bite-size chocolates and pastries.
While the actual dessert is a festive Raspberry Panna Cotta with Red Cruble, Raspberry Spiced Ganache, Coconut Lady Finger, and White Chocolate Vodka Ice Cream.
The last one was a good way to end it with sweetness and cheers! 🙂
The Christmas Special at Impressions will be available for dinner on December 23 and 25, and for lunch on Christmas Eve.
