Movie Date with Krispy Kreme & Kung Fu Panda 3!
Last week, Seats For Two was invited by Krispy Kreme Philippines for the special block screening of the third instalment of the fun movie – Kung Fu Panda 3!
This activity complemented well with Krispy Kreme‘s ongoing special-edition Kung Fu Panda doughnuts campaign! And as predicted, it was a positive ‘panda-monium‘ festival-of-sorts at the Rockwell Powerplant Cinemas venue.
Highlighted by the Kung Fu Panda 3 movie backdrop, the Krispy Kreme booth was giving away free KK doughnuts to patrons and guests. There was also an ongoing Instagram contest where kids and kids-at-heart joined the contest to win a humongous Panda bear stuffed toy!
Aside from Seats For Two (lol), we also spotted Philippine showbiz celebrities including Abettinna Carlos and Chuckie Dreyfus, among others!
Kung Fu Panda 3 Movie
After getting our complimentary popcorn and drinks, we immediately went inside the cinema and a lot of kids were in the audience, obviously excited for the movie treat. The Krispy Kreme Philippine team held some kiddie games before the movie much to the crowd’s enjoyment.
It was a fun event and we both agree as a couple that this was a good follow-up on the Kung Fu Panda series since it further showed how Po‘s character has further evolved and transcended. And we believe the kids will agree with us. 🙂
After the movie, we also got to bring home some ‘Joy In A Box‘! Oh, and before we forget, guess who won the Instagram contest and got to bring home the giant Panda stuffed-toy? 🙂
