We Celebrated World Pizza Day with Greenwich
We attended the World Pizza Day celebration hosted by Greenwich Pizza on the eve of our 5th wedding anniversary. As expected, it was a fun-filled afternoon with celebrity performances and tasty pizza.
The Dolphin Park was transformed into an exciting pizza village where food lovers enjoyed all that the Overloaded Pizza District has to offered. Entrance was free!
The Lasagna Lane was our favorite because we love Greenwich’s lasagna supreme. There’s carbonara pasta as well.
On the other corner is the Pizza Parlor stand where Greenwich Hawaiian and Ultimate Overload pizzas are made by hand.
Aside from having all your Greenwich favorites, the Overloaded Pizza District also showcases the Main Plaza at the center, featuring performances from local acts such as Hale, Mayonnaise, and Silent Sanctuary. Guests can participate in different contests such as the Pizza Eating Contest, the Box Overload Challenge, and the Hawaiian Hula ~Dance Off.
Resident ‘Greenwich ‘kabarkada Robi Domingo also introduced his new Greenwich friends Ella Cruz, Julian Trono, and Bella Padilla.
