Healthy Breads and Desserts at Baking Therapy by Healthy Options

It was during the pandemic that I learned how to make breads and desserts. I decided to try it for myself because most of the bread available in the market is made with lots of sugar, preservatives and unhealthy ingredients. It was fun and I enjoyed baking, however I don’t have much time to do it more often. I’m glad I found Baking Therapy by Healthy Options.

I had the classic chocolate cake. I love that it’s not too sweet yet rich and decadent. I also ordered some canelé, a small French pastry with a soft and tender custard center and a dark, thick caramelized crust. It’s best paired with black tea.

Baking Therapy Cafe uses only natural, high quality, and fresh ingredients to ensure that all its baked goods are made in the healthiest way possible.
