Our Wedding: A Photo Tour of the Uy-Pineda Nuptials
Welcome to the wedding month of June! Some folks have been requesting for more wedding photos but both of us are still busy with work and designing our new home thus this post was delayed.
I’m pretty sure you’ve seen a lot of posts in your news feeds if we’re connected via Facebook, for that we apologize. 🙂 We just wanted to share the official photos taken by our brilliant photographers from ImagineNation – Larry Uy-Leong, Danielle and Coco.
Aside from the FB pictures, here are some more:
For a 9am wedding ceremony, the event preparation should start around 4am.
We really appreciated those who woke up so early for our wedding ceremony;Â especially to our friends outside Metro Manila.
To my make up artist Malou and hair-stylist Menchi who arrived in our hotel around at about 4am, I salue you. 🙂 They immediately started doing my mom’s and sister’s hair-styling.
We then proceeded to Oasis Manila by 5am. Oasis doesn’t allow overnight stay so I recommend you to check in at the nearby hotel if you are in the same situation such as ours. It never became a problem  moving from one hotel to the events place though.
Everything fell smoothly the morning of our wedding. Thankfully, the weather -also cooperated with a sunny Sunday morning!
At about the same time, Go Flowers arrived carrying a box of lovely flowers for the whole entourage. Our official wedding photographers from ImagineNation and Wang Video arrived before 6am equipped with their DSLR cameras, zoom lenses, video cam and the crane we requested.
I decided to keep most of them until now because we wanted it to be a little surprise for our family and guests who have attended the wedding. More lovely shots will be posted soon on this blog.
Moreover, you will be delighted to see how beautiful our prenup venue is – the Pico De Loro in Hamilo Coast, Nasugbu, Batangas.
It’s official! We’re married! Thanks for all the love, support and time you’ve given to make this day simply wonderful. It was fun, every one had a great time.
We hope to share more stories to you and update this site more often. We have a line-up of stories – from our pre-nup photos, the wedding reception, and even the behind-the-scenes and stories so be sure to check back soon!
What a lovely wedding! Happy for you, both. Cheers for a blessed marriage! 🙂
Congratulations Marjorie! What a beautiful wedding, and the pictures are all great. Love your bouquet too. My niece is in the process of preparing for her wedding too, her date will Aug 2, 2014. The problem is, she is in Italy and I am (her Aunt) is in Maryland, USA. We have a good friend who we asked to chect out the place ob our behalf last weekend, and he was amazed how beautiful the place was. Then looking at the Oasis FB site, I saw your link. If it’s not too much to ask, I think you are the best person to talk to about what you like and suggestions & recommendation, experieance about your wedding there recently. Thank you so very much in advance & hoping to hear from you.

Yes Ching, it is a good place. You should try to book for the evening which is even better. We had no choice in taking the day since the night slot have already been taken.
Cheers!
