BDO, Recognized as Best Bank in the Philippines
As a client of BDO for many years, personally I can say that BDO has been true to their slogan and philosophy tagline, “We find ways”. First of all, I appreciate having so many BDO branches around the metro. It’s definitely a big move to reach out to as many customers as possible.
Most of my BDO transactions were online using the BDO mobile app and through their website. I usually go to the bank, just like recently, to request for bank certificate for travel requirements and you can have it in less than an hour. There are days you would experience a long line in the branch, but it’s a lot better compared to other banks. I haven’t experienced rude staff, most of them were friendly and professional no wonder they would receive recognition and awards.
BDO Unibank Inc. (BDO) was awarded the Best Bank in the Philippines for the 11th time by Hong Kong-based institutional investment publication Alpha Southeast Asia at the Best Financial Institution Awards 2022.

Alpha Southeast Asia evaluated the performance of financial institutions from a business and strategic performance perspective including major strategic initiatives such as digital transformation and new business launches. The judges also assessed the deals and transaction volumes of financial institutions from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022.
“These recognitions are a testament to the commitment and dedication of the entire BDO workforce. These awards are for them,” said Nestor V. Tan, President and CEO of BDO Unibank.
