A ‘Loft-y’ Staycation at the Cirque Serviced Residences
Eastwood is one of the busiest business districts in Metro Manila. Not only known as a BPO-dominated market, it’s also a great place for shopping and gustatory hub. Amidst the bustling city, we discovered a place where one can relax and spend a quiet time after a day’s work.
Discovering Cirque Serviced Residences and Hotel
Situated along one laid-back edge of Eastwood City, Cirque Serviced Residences is known as one of the newest developed property by Ortigas & Company on this side of town.
Located inside Circulo Verde along Calle Industria of Bagumbayan in Quezon City, it is easily accessible from other major business centers like Ortigas and Shaw Boulevard.
In a quite recent weekend, we were able to stay in a one-bedroom loft unit of this serviced residences where we celebrated Mr. Seats For Two‘s birthday a few days in advance.
Although it is technically not a hotel, we were greeted at the reception as if we were in one! Their accommodating service and hospitality immediately made a good impression on us.
Upon opening the unit door, the minimalist vibe and scandinavian-inspired furniture undoubtedly set the placid mood for our weekend.
Our room was complete with everything we needed from the living room to the kitchen facilities and utensils. The 50″ smart TV (with cable channel, of course) was strategically positioned at the center of it all. Needless to say, it was a good time to catch-up on some of our favorite movies and TV series. 🙂
To complete the sensory experience, the lavander room scent filled the entire unit smelling fresh and clean.
But what surprised as further was the laundry area that has a washing machine and dryer!
Going up the loft stairs reveals the spacious one-bedroom set up with an adjoining study area and the toilet & bath.
The mezzanine bedroom was well lit and sizable. Its twin-sized bed came with comfy mattress and pillows as well. On the downside, there’s no television.
But on the other hand, they have a huge dresser, a work station, and the toilet and bath. Cirque provided the toiletries including bedroom slippers.
Beyond Cirque
Cirque Serviced Residences boasts of its Ecocarat Japanese breathing tiles and Daiken textile.
The former is a special type of tiles which absorbs humidity and odor, while the Daiken textile walls absorb humidity and sound. That means you’re likely to have a reticent stay, and at the same time, won’t be bothered by the noise coming from the other units.
A Pleasant Stay & More
If you’re curious of the well-designed interiors, Kibu Design Concepts and K. Benitez Interiors did the modern-minimalist interiors with industrial hints through the steel tear-drop lamps and muted grey walls, among others.
We love the sturdy dining table and the dinner wares that matched theme of the unit. Mrs. Seats For Two‘s dress unintentionally matched the shade of the placemats too! 🙂
The fully-equipped kitchen area had everything you would need to prepare a meal – a cooker hob & hood, coffee maker, microwave oven, and a two-door refrigerator. They also provided pans, knives, and chopping boards.
As for energy-savers and being eco-friendly, the unit windows amply provided natural lighting to the kitchen all the way to the living room.
Our side of the residences offered a good sunset view as well.
We initially intended to go to the Eastwood mall for dinner, but we didn’t feel like leaving our comfortable unit anymore so we ended watching TV together while munching on the Angel’s Pizza.goodies we ordered online.
We tried the new and delicious Angel’s Pizza Creamy Dip and Spinach and you should too!
Beyond Cirque
As a guest, you have access to Cirque Serviced Residences‘ facilities such as the gym and swimming pool.
We went night swimming that same day and the next morning. The swimming pool is open from 6am to 10pm everyday.
You can also do some stretching or exercise at the gym and use their stationary bikes and/or bench machine.

Beyond Cirque, the nearby Industia Mall is just a few minutes walk from the tower. It houses several restaurants and coffee shop.
Cirque Residences does not have its own in-house restaurant but our accommodation came with a free breakfast for two with our choice at Chef & Brewer or Kambal Pandesal. We opted for the former so we took a ride using their complimentary golf cart going to Industria Mall.
Just inform the receptionist to assist you in this ordeal and they’ll gladly help out.
On the other hand, we were not able to check out Hachi and the Bike Park in this visit. Hey, perhaps on our next staycation at Cirque, right?!
