Paradise Dynasty S Maison + Manila Bay View
If you haven’t tried dining at Paradise Dynasty yet, we highly recommend their branch in S Maison with a stunning view of Manila Bay. Book a table for six with a lazy susan for the entire family or choose an area beside the window for an intimate lunch/dinner with your spouse.
It’s been a while since we last dined at Paradise Dynasty so one weekend after an errand at IKEA Manila, we decided to drop by for a quick lunch.
Paradise Dynasty is really known for their 8-Flavor Xiao Long Bao which we featured in another article here a few years ago. So again, we ordered their 8 Flavoured Xiao Long Bao. We highly recommend you get the set which already has all eight colors/variants of the Xiao Long Bao flavors namely:
- Signature Original, (white)
- Ginseng (green)
- Foie gras (brown)
- Black Truffle (black)
- Chees (yellow)
- Crab Roe (orange)
- Garlic (grey)
- Szechuan (red)
Our favorites are the original, black truffle and foie gras variants. This IG-worth colorful bao will surely become one of the highlights of your conversation. ♥
While waiting for the mains, we also ordered their Charcoal Custard Lava Bun, which is also Paradise Dynasty’s best-seller. You should eat the dim sum immediately to enjoy its texture and flavor. Be careful as the custard filling is hot.
Now for the mains, we had stir-fried French Beans with Minced Pork. It’s a delicious dish that goes well with any dish. We love the mild spicy flavor and crunchy French beans tossed with minced pork.
Not to miss is the Dynasty Chicken, crispy from the outside with tender juicy meat.
Mr. Seats For Two loves sweet and sour dishes so we had the sweet and sour pork. Because we were a bit hungry we also ordered Stir-fried Beef with Kailan and their best-seller, the Crispy-fried Crystal Prawns tossed with Salted Egg Yolk (P588).
Even if we’re full from the main course, there’s always room for dessert so we had Pan-fried Pancake with Red Bean (P168) and Radish Pastry (3 pcs for P168). These two go well with hot tea but since it’s a bit hot outside, we settled for a glass of refreshing watermelon and fresh coconut juice.
