Post-Event: 3rd Annual Guam Int’l Marathon
The Guam Visitors Bureau, along with the Pacific Islands Club and United Airlines hosted the 3rd annual Guam International Marathon last April 12, 2015.
Held at Gov. Joseph A. Flores Memorial Park, Ypao Beach in Tumon, Guam, marathoners and running enthusiasts from different parts of the world come together for the biggest marathon in the region. Runners took part in the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon (13.1 miles), or Full Marathon (26.2 miles) race distances.
In the Philippines, a press conference was held few days before the marathon attended by Guam Visitors Bureau, Pacific Islands Club and United Airlines.
The 2015 Guam International Marathon included an expanded post-race Finisher’s Festival and event expo held at Gov. Joseph A. Flores Memorial Park at Ypao Beach in Tumon. Runners enjoyed good food and entertainment.
